History: MK Ultra

I believe money time and intelligence could and should be spend in a better way that weapons. I believe that those that are responsible for initiating financing moving money to a such destructive scope should be charged to an international tribunal like Nuremberg Tribunal after world war 2 with removal of those that initiate finance such programs that build Psychotropic weapons.

Electronic harassment, electromagnetic torture, or psychotronic torture Mind control conspiracy advocates believe they have found references to secret weapons in government programs

In March 2012 the Russian defense minister Anatoli Serdjukov said:

“The development of weaponry based on new physics principles; direct-energy weapons, geophysical weapons, wave-energy weapons, genetic weapons, psychotronic weapons, etc., is part of the state arms procurement program for 2011-2020,”Voice of Russia

The world media reacted to this hint on the open use of psychotronic weapons by the publication of scientific experiments from the 1960‘s where electromagnetic waves were used to transmit simple sounds into the human brain. However, most of them avoided saying that since then extensive scientific research has been carried out in this area throughout the world. Only a Colombian newspaper, El Spectador, published an article covering the whole scale of the achievements of this (computerized English translation).

Britain’s Daily Mail, as another exception, wrote that research in electromagnetic weapons has been secretly carried out in the USA and Russia since the 1950’s and that „previous research has shown that low-frequency waves or beams can affect brain cells, alter psychological states and make it possible to transmit suggestions and commands directly into someone’s thought processes. High doses of microwaves can damage the functioning of internal organs, control behaviour or even drive victims to suicide.”

A recent FOIA request by investigative journalism website MuckRock, resulted in the release of some bizarre documents pertaining to government mind control programs involving psychotronic weapons.

MuckRock originally requested documents related to terrorism threats from the Washington State Fusion Center, a division associated with the Department of Homeland Security.

MuckRock is a non-profit publication that makes thousands of FOIA requests, calling itself a collaborative repository of public records and investigative journalism regarding government, politics, and social issues.

In addition to the information MuckRock requested, it was given a number of pictograms showing potential uses of psychotronic weapons used for things like mind control, microwave hearing, and remote brain mapping.

Another graphic shows the use of remote brain mapping and mind control by use of helicopters, trucks disguised as communication vehicles, and radio towers. It shows what appear to be wave signals penetrating walls of houses and controlling individuals or groups of people, as well as the different resonance frequencies needed to control various areas of the brain.

The prospect of psychotronic weapons isn’t that farfetched either, with the government’s history of similar programs during the Cold War and the multitude of people who believe they have been victims of such attacks. Not to mention, the reality of attempted mind control programs like MK-ULTRA and the NSA’s Project ECHELON, that have set precedent for the government’s clandestine agenda.

Mk-ultra, America’s Central Intelligence Agency mind control project. The Central Intelligence Agency’s Fact Book states the NSC (National Security Council) and theCIA were established under the provisions of the National Security Act of 1947. In December 1947, the NSC held its first meeting. James Forrestal, the Secretary of Defense, pushed for the CIA to begin a “secret war” against the Soviets. Forrestal’s initiative led to the execution of psychologicalwarfare operations (psy-ops) in Europe. CIA personnel were not opposed to working with Nazi doctors who had proven to be proficient in breaking the mind and rebuilding it. In some cases, military bases were used to hide these covert activities. It was decided that the communist threat wasan issue that took priority over constitutional rights. One of the areas to be investigated by the CIA was Mind Control. The CIA’s human behavior control program was chiefly motivated by perceived Soviet, Chinese, and North Korean use of mind control techniques. Under the protection of “national security,” many other branches of the government also took part in the study of this area. The CIA originated its first program in 1950 under the name BLUEBIRD, which in 1951, after Canada and Britain had been included, was changed to ARTICHOKE. MKULTRA officially began in 1953. Technically it was closed in 1964, but some of its programs remained active under MKSEARCH well into the seventies. In 1973, tipped off about forthcoming investigations, CIA Director Richard Helms ordered the destruction of any MKULTRA records. (MC 10, 17) There is an overwhelming body of evidence that confirms the existence of Mk-ultra. More than 250 people who claim they were the victims of “brainwashing” by America’s Central Intelligence Agency were set to win a multimillion dollar legal battle for compensation. Nine already had each received $67,000 (£33,500) compensation from the spy agency, which had admitted to settingup an operation codenamed MK-Ultra during the Cold War. The Congressional Record states that the U.S. government had been involved in mind control experimentation from the 1950s up to the early 1970s.¹ These illegal behavior control experiments are similar to the documented illegal radiation experiments. The U.S. government currently denies that there is ongoing classified behavior control experimentation. This is debatable and in my opinion will some day be as undeniable as the radiation experiments are today.

There were at least 23,000 radiation victims of institutionalized unethical experimentation.² There are similarities between radiation and mind control experimentation because the government bureaucracy is the same, the groups of victims are the same and it involves weapon testing. But unlike the atomic bomb, the U.S. public is not aware of the highly classified behavior control weapons. This fact contributes to the difficulty that victims have in exposing the experimentation.

The purpose of U.S. government research with electromagnetic frequencies and computer-brain interface technology is to develop mind control weapons that meet or surpass the enemy's mind control weapon program, in particular Russia. The U.S. military's interest in controlling behavior and in using this on it's enemies in future warfare is well documented.³ The lethal doses and parameters of radiation were explored and now the limits of computer-brain interface and emf technology are explored in the same unethical way. And by using unwitting victims, experiments are conducted without limits of human subject experimentation committees.

A recently unclassified report from the Pentagon from 1998 has revealed an investigation into using laser beams for a few intriguing potential methods of non-lethal torture.Some of the applications the report investigated include putting voices in people's heads, using lasers to trigger uncontrolled neuron firing, and slowly heating the human body to a point of feverish confusion - all from hundreds of meters away.A US citizen requested access to the document, entitled "Bioeffects of Selected Non-Lethal Weapons," under the Freedom of Information Act a little over a year ago. There is no evidence that any of the technologies mentioned in the 10-year-old report have been developed since the time it was written The report explained several types of non-lethal laser applications, including microwave hearing, disrupted neural control, and microwave heating. For the first type, short pulses of RF energy (2450 MHz) can generate a pressure wave in solids and liquids. When exposed to pulsed RF energy, humans experience the immediate sensation of "microwave hearing" - sounds that may include buzzing, ticking, hissing, or knocking that originate within the head. Studies with guinea pigs and cats suggest that the mechanism responsible for the phenomenon is thermoelastic expansion. Exposure to the RF pulses doesn ́t cause any permanent effects, as all effects cease almost immediately after exposure ceases.
